RENCOAT TIC (Thermal Insulation Coating)

RENCOAT TIC is a specially modified elastomeric resin-based thermal insulation coating. It features a patterned surface with natural vacuumed beads applied through a proprietary process.

• Easy application to standard surfaces
Base: Water-based Acrylic Coating
Gloss: Matte/Flat
Wet Weight: 1.10 kg/L
Dry Film Weight: 0.85 kg/m² at 1 mm thickness
Solids Content: 65–68%
Limitations: Do not exceed 165°C during application
Storage: Can be stored for up to 2 years in an unopened package in a cool, dry place protected from frost and direct sunlight

SURFACE PREPARATION
Application Surface: Must be dry and free of dust, oil, or other contaminants.
Ferrous Surfaces: Should be primed before applying RENCOAT TIC.
Non-ferrous Surfaces: Ensure surfaces are clean and free from oil, dirt, or other foreign matter.

APPLICATION EQUIPMENT
• Airless Sprayer
• Brush or Roll

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Surface Temperature: Must be above 5°C during application
Application Thickness: Can be applied in successive coats to increase insulation performance

MIXING & THINNING
• Use a mixing paddle for thorough mixing

Container Wet Weight: 19.5–20.5 kg / 18 liters
Net Contents: 19.8 kg / 18 liters
Flash Point: None
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from frost and direct sunlight. Close the bucket properly after use to prevent air penetration.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the manufacture date
