RenCoat NCC is a water-based acrylic coating engineered to reduce excessive sound transmission from structural or mechanical sources. It adheres directly to a wide range of surfaces and incorporates noise-suppressant components encased in an acrylic resin matrix. Its flexible, easy-to-apply formula delivers reliable acoustic performance in various environments.

APPLICATION DETAILS
Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
Suitable substrates include:
• Plaster
• Exposed concrete
• Painted or bare interior and exterior walls
• Metal and wood
(must be primed before application)
• Roof surfaces
Surface Temperature: Should be above 10°C during application
Application Thickness: Can be applied in multiple coats to enhance noise insulation properties. Each coat must dry thoroughly before the next application. Tack coat should be dry to the touch.
Recommended Equipment:
• Airless sprayer
• Small spray gun
• Brush or roller
Mixing: Material must be mixed thoroughly using a mechanical mixer before application

CLEANUP & SAFETY
Cleanup: Clean tools and equipment with water

• Wear gloves and safety clothing
• Ensure proper ventilation, especially in confined areas
DRYING & CURING TIMES
Drying time may vary depending on environmental conditions such as airflow and humidity. Thinner coats will dry faster.
